Premier Car Wash

Very disappointed with my experience. I purchased the most expensive/premium wash package expecting the full service that was advertised. After my car was finished, I noticed the interior had not been vacuumed or properly wiped down. I had to go back inside and ask them to complete the service I had already paid for. Even after they went back over the car, the quality of the work was still poor. There was still visible dirt and debris inside the vehicle, and the tire shine that was included in the package had not been applied. When I returned to point this out, one of the employees responded with an unprofessional attitude and made me feel as though I was being unreasonable for expecting the services included in the package I paid for. The interaction was upsetting enough that it brought me to tears. While the front desk staff did apologize and offered me a free wash, the overall experience was disappointing. Customers should not have to repeatedly ask for services that are already included in the package they purchased. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

I paid for silver with floor vacuum $25 today but it was not done properly Not cleaned near center console. Outside mirrors not cleaned. I am surprised as many cars come there.

The worst $38 I have ever spent on a car wash in my life. You can check the time stamp on the receipt this is real time! Where was the interior vacuum? I specifically asked was the trunk included? Where is the armoral on the tires! In these economy who has money to waste if I have to still come home and do it myself.

Extremely disappointed!! I got the PLATINUM WASH. ( most expensive $35.99) Didn't vacuum very well. Cup holders still have dust. The windshield still has bird poop. Windows are still dirty. I told the guy the Floor mats were dirty but they hardly cleaned them. Door thresholds are still dirty. And they didn't use the tire shine.

I had my truck washed a few days prior to this after driving from Ohio. The previous wash had left compacted snow on my running boards, and a lot of dirty spots that were missed. I went to Premier and spent a little bit more ($10.00) and had my interior vacuumed, mats washed, seats cleaned and was thoroughly impressed. I definitely think the extra services was worth the $10.00. Not only does my truck look better than the day I bought it, but everyone I saw working there genuinely cared about what they were doing. I watched Moses clean my truck by hand and not take ANY shortcuts. Keep in mind it was about 30° and he worked hard and wiped the interior and exterior by hand. I only wish this car wash was not 7 hours away from me.
